Who we are

Runmorphic is an AI automation agency based in India, run by its co-founders, Sri Karthikeya Bhagavatula and Hemish Jain. You can reach us at hello@runmorphic.in. For the purposes of this page, "we" means Runmorphic.

What this site collects

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It is cookieless: it doesn't use cookies or local storage to follow you, and it doesn't track you across other sites. We don't run advertising pixels or tracking cookies. This website does not store a theme preference or workflow demo selections in your browser.

Cloudflare processes the analytics data under its own privacy policy.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

Fonts

The site's typefaces are served from runmorphic.in itself, so no third party receives your visit for fonts.

If you email us

If you write to hello@runmorphic.in, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it to reply and to scope work you ask about. Mail to that address is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to a Gmail inbox, so Cloudflare and Google process it on our behalf. We don't sell your details or add you to marketing lists without asking.

If you book a call

Booking happens on Cal.com, a third-party service. It collects the name and email you enter and shares them with us so we can hold the call. If the call is set up through Google Calendar or Google Meet, Google will also see the booking details. Cal.com and Google handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Client work

If we work together, automations run in your own accounts with scoped permissions. We sign an NDA and, where needed, a data processing agreement on request. We only access the data the work requires.

Why we process your data

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, schedule calls, and deliver work you've asked us to do. That's our basis for processing under laws such as the GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and booking details while we're in contact and for 6 months after a project ends or an enquiry goes quiet. Then we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep something longer (for example, invoices).

Where your data goes

We operate from India, so your information may be processed here and in the countries where our providers (hosting and analytics, email, Cal.com, Google) operate.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@runmorphic.in. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
